"2nd Last Chance" by Bill Wiktorek

The author of this wonderful first novel, Bill Wiktorek, was a long-time manager of Morningside Apartments, and still helps out when not writing. You can order the book here or just drop by the office and ask for a copy. There should be a few hanging around.
